Having previously worked in the media, Daniel was inspired to study Osteopathy following the birth of his first child and his subsequent osteopathic treatment. He continued to have a keen interest in paediatric osteopathy as well as mainstream adult practice since graduating from The British School of Osteopathy in 2003 (now the University College of Osteopathy). He practices all styles and approaches in Osteopathy including structural and cranial therapies.
Daniel has been with the Osteopathic Centre for Children for over 17 years. Since completing the paediatric diploma (DPO), he continued his osteopathic journey as an educator in postgraduate training with the OCC, first as a clinical tutor and currently as a clinical consultant on Fridays. He also teaches abroad, has spoken at conferences and led various osteopathic courses.
Daniel has a passion for spreading the word about the natural benefits of holistic, joined-up health care and believes that the health of children and adults is just as much an art, as it is a science, and should be considered a craft as well as a therapeutic approach. He is committed to expanding and safeguarding the scope of osteopathic practice.
