Karen has been involved with the OCC for 30 years, starting at the clinic shortly after her graduation from the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy. Acting as a Consultant on Tuesdays at the OCC, Karen also runs the Amersham Osteopathic Clinic in Buckinghamshire.
Karen teaches Post Graduate Paediatric Osteopathy in the UK, Europe and South America, and Biobasics UK courses. Karen is Chair of the SCCO research subcommittee and has an interest in furthering the evidence base for osteopathic support of patients, drawing on the traditions of observation, pragmatism, and qualitative research.
Karen has completed the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy Modular Pathway as well as the Biodynamic Osteopathy phases 1 – 9 and Treatment of Children modules. Karen is particularly interested in the osteopathic treatment of children, pregnant and post-partum women, as well as in bringing together all aspects of osteopathic treatment to most benefit the patient’s healing and well-being.
