Your first appointment
You'll be welcomed by our friendly reception team and asked to complete a new patient form. In the treatment area, the osteopath will review your health, assess your posture and movement, and may gently examine the body. They’ll then discuss the diagnosis and treatment options before beginning osteopathic care. If follow-up is needed, you'll be advised to book another appointment. At reception, you'll be asked if you can make a donation towards the cost of treatment. As a charity, we rely on donations to support our clinic.

Your stories
Open-plan treatment area
Staffed with welcoming receptionists, skilled osteopaths and expert consultants, we've created a relaxed yet professional atmosphere that is reassuring for young children, in particular those with additional needs. We also find that the open-plan setting helps foster a sense of collaboration among our staff. Families find that the open-plan setting is unique to us, which is part of what makes the OCC special, too!
